We reserve the right to conduct audits, which may include site visits, document reviews, and worker interviews conducted in a respectful and confidential manner.

Where risks or concerns are identified, we will work with suppliers to implement corrective actions within a defined timescale. If a supplier is unwilling or unable to meet our standards, we will review and may discontinue the relationship.

Training, Awareness, and Reporting Channels

We provide appropriate guidance and awareness-raising for staff whose roles involve recruitment, supplier management, or site supervision, to help them recognise indicators of modern slavery and understand how to respond. We promote a culture where people feel confident to speak up if they see or suspect any form of exploitation.

Concerns about modern slavery can be reported through internal management channels or via our designated reporting routes, which may include confidential escalation to senior management. Reports can be made by employees, workers, contractors, and others connected to our operations. We do not tolerate victimisation or retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

All reports are taken seriously and are investigated promptly and objectively. Where necessary, we will cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and specialist organisations to support appropriate action and remediation.

Continuous Improvement and Annual Review

We recognise that combating modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility that requires continuous improvement. We regularly review our policies, contracts, and procedures to ensure they remain robust, relevant, and effective in identifying and managing risks.
